Important: Orders that have been placed are handled AFTER we received a payment, if we don't receive the payment, the order will not be send. Don't forget to note your order number on the payment if you don't pay by credit card.
Difference: Orders are separated in two different groups.
Creditcard and Online payment: People who make their payment in our shop should contact firstname.lastname@example.org if any mistakes are made.
Offline payments: People who pay by bank transfer or any other offline payment method have to contact us when any mistakes are made.
Mail to email@example.com Placed orders which are not payed will not be handled.
I'm not logged in, can I place an order?
No, in order to provide you with better service it's required to create an account and login to place your order. Creating an account is free and allows you to track your order history.
I've placed an order but now what?
When you've placed an order you should receive an email with the complete order and order number. This email is sent after you submitted your info at the checkout and directed to the address you filled in.
If for some reason you decide / are not able not to pay, please inform us immediately.
When you checkout you've selected a payment.
Online payments will be handled after you placed the order. After we receive an OK from the billing company we will place your order into our system.
The order will be shipped asap after we received the payment. The order will be shipped within one week after payment.
Offline payments are controlled by you, after we received the payment on our bank account we will complete your order for shipment. It's extremely important to report your order number on the payment.
I've made a mistake in my order, how can I correct it?
Please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to cancel the payment for your order. Don't forget to report the order number. After that you can just place a new order.
I've received an email with an order but my online payment failed, now what?
Forget the order, orders with failed payment will not be handled. Place a new order.
I've acccidentally submitted my payment twice or more. How can I stop this?
Send an email to email@example.com to have one or more payments cancelled. Report the order numbers in the email. You should inform us within 24 hours, or else we can't cancel payments anymore.
How long does the shipment take?
After your order has been paced, it will be shipped as soon as possible. The order will be shipped after we received the payment. Delivery time may vary sometimes due to availability of products.
How long delivery takes depends on where you live. Inside the EU it normally takes less than 2 weeks. All stuff on the net is available and on stock however sometimes we have to wait for our suppliers. Outside the EU you can allow a maximum 20 days for shipment.
What if something is not in stock?
You can choose to wait for the item or you can choose a different item in the same price category from our shop. We will contact you and inform you about the item you picked. You have 2 days to react to our e-mail, after 2 days we will pick an item and send out your order.
